Often challenging behaviour can be the result of misunderstanding the needs of those we care for. This session will look at how the impact of caring can affect those around us. Open to all Carers – please contact Jon if you would like more information.
A look at what is meant by mental health, the various disorders and issues surrounding this often misunderstood subject. This session will also examine the stigma and public attitudes to mental health and debunk some of the common misconceptions.
